Bridging US 23 is an initiative developed by the Association for Youth Empowerment (AYE) in collaboration with The Dispute Resolution Center of Washtenaw & Livingston Counties. It is dedicated to transforming the way the people of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and the surrounding communities relate to one another. Bridging US 23 was founded on the belief that when people unite for the greater good, positive change is inevitable.
Bridging 23 presents a unique opportunity for neighbors, colleagues, and strangers to come together and create an atmosphere of community, fostering meaningful conversations that are unavailable (most places) in our fractured, polarized society.
Our ultimate goal is to connect COMMUNITIES, inspire COMPASSION and take ACTION to call forth the community we all long for.
