We utilize mediation, conciliation, facilitation, and other conflict management methods to assist our clients. We ensure that the session is performed in a safe, confidential, and open atmosphere. Some of the issues we help resolve include, but are not limited to:

At the DRC, we guide all of the parties through a proven and successful process that engages people to talk about the issues that are important to them, help everyone to look at the issues from different perspectives, generate options that perhaps they had not considered before, and create a written agreement (if needed) so that everyone involved knows exactly the nature of their agreement.
