In Memory of Susan Contratto

Susan began volunteering as a domestic relations mediator in 2010, where she assisted many families re-define their relationships and distribute their often-limited resources. Susan's insight into family dynamics helped so many families throughout Washtenaw County gain a better perspective on their issues, co-create solutions, and begin their healing journey.

In 2012, Susan joined the DRC's board of directors and served through 2015. Through her board service, she offered a number of program developments that we are still building upon today. She actively and enthusiastically contributed in strategic planning, fund raising events and elevated board governance - her contributions were immeasurable. Susan's smile through tough cases and service to the community will be missed.
