Volunteer at The Dispute Resolution Center

Volunteer as a Mediator

The Dispute Resolution Center regular seeks professionally trained mediators to provide services to our clients. Our mediators are volunteers and selected by our staff without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. We serve all residents of Washtenaw and Livingston Counties.

Mediators are a neutral third party to help people in conflict find solutions, in agreement together. We offer beginner and advanced mediator trainings and workshops at a low cost.

There are other ways to get involved with the Dispute Resolution Center throughout the year. These include: sponsoring an event, volunteering for an event, or interning.
